PrimalRx was born out of necessity and convenience – recognizing the nutritional importance of organ meats and animal odd bits, but struggling to consume them.

Liver was pursuit #1, trying to cook & spice-out the flavor, or incorporate it into meals without affecting the taste. And Cartilage was #2, spending several Sunday’s boiling bones, and mason-jarring broth for a little dose of collagen and glycine throughout the week.

Other than lifelong conditioning on the Standard American Diet (SAD), and the consistent pursuit of convenient living, the unfamiliarity and availability of these foods seemed to make this "Eat the Whole Animal" experience quite difficult.
