Shipping - Returns - Subscriptions

How long does it take to ship an order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by location.

What about weekend orders?

All orders placed on Friday after the 4pm shipping deadline OR on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. 

How long are the products in transit?

Standard Shipping within the United States typically takes 3-5 business days - depending on location.  International orders can vary between 1 and 3 weeks – usually dependent on customs clearance.

*Please note: transit times are measured in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. 

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on domestic (US) orders over $150.  Domestic orders under $150 are assigned a flat rate of $5.00.  Internation orders (outside the US) are assigned a flat rate of $20.  If any customs/duties are due on receipt, this will be need to paid by the recipient.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account to view order status.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Due to an increase in customer fraud, we are no longer able to change a shipping address or reroute a package after you’ve placed your order.  Unfortunately, this also means orders with address changes requested after placement are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or reshipment if the package is delivered to the originally provided address.  You are free to contact the carrier to attempt to intercept and reroute the package.  And we will provide a refund if the package is returned to us.

What's your return policy?

We offer a no risk, money back guarantee for all purchases (up to 3 bottles) within 30 days of delivery.  To initiate a return and/or request a refund, please send us an email at orders@primalrx.us

How quickly are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed after we receive the return shipment.  Please allow 3-5 days from that date for the reimbursement of funds to be allocated to the original form of payment. If that payment method is closed or otherwise inactive for any reason, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to contact their bank or card issuer to have those funds transferred to an active account.

Are returns free?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my order is damaged or lost?

Do you accept international returns?

If your shipping address is outside the US and need to inquire about a return or refund, please email us at orders@primalrx.us

How do subscriptions work?

Most of our products are available for subscription on a 1 month cadence. To start a subscription, simply click "Subscribe & Save" on the particular item.  Alternatively, you can add your items to cart and click “Upgrade to Subscription & Save 10%” under each item. 

Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be automatically charged to the card used during the initial purchase on the same day of each month, unless you cancel your active subscription.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your frequency should be based on how often you use the product. 

Will I be notified before my subscription renews?

Yes. We’ll send an email reminder 3–5 days before each shipment so you can make any necessary changes.

How do I cancel or modify my subscription?

To cancel or modify your subscription, log into your account to manage your subscription settings. You can edit frequency, swap products, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Please make any changes or cancellations at least three days before your next order date to ensure timely processing. If a subscription is cancelled after an order is processed, that order will still be shipped out.
