Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our network of warehouses located across the USA.  Standard, 2-3 Day Expedited, & Overnight orders ship the next day if placed before 4:00 PM local time to you.

All orders (including standard, 2-3 day expedited, & overnight) placed on Friday after the shipping deadline OR on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Standard Shipping within the United States typically takes 3-5 business days - depending on location.  International orders can vary between 1 and 3 weeks – usually dependent on customs clearnace.

Please note: transit times are measured in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. 

Address Change Policy - Due to an increase in customer fraud, we are no longer able to change a shipping address or reroute a package after you’ve placed your order. Please note that:

  • Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.
  • Orders with address changes requested after placement are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or reshipment if the package is delivered to the originally provided address.
  • We will provide a refund if the package is returned to us.
  • We are not responsible for any packages delivered to an incorrect address if the address provided during checkout was inaccurate or outdated.
  • You are free to contact the carrier to attempt to intercept and reroute the package.

Returns

If you need to return your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer a no risk, money back guarantee for all purchases (up to 3 bottles) within 30 days of delivery.  To initiate a return and/or request a refund, please send us an email at orders@primalrx.us

Refunds are processed after we receive the return shipment. Tracking is provided via the return shipping label.

Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to be processed. 

Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase. If that payment method is closed or otherwise inactive for any reason, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to contact their bank or card issuer to have those funds transferred to an active account.
